How settlement works
Operator reference
Card and digital-wallet volume settles to merchant accounts on a T+1 basis, net of the 15.0% platform commission and 5% VAT.
Cash transactions are reconciled daily at each pavilion's cash office and do not enter the settlement queue.
Local wallets (e.g. festival top-up cards) settle weekly. Disputes and chargebacks are held from settlement until resolved by the merchant.
